The Village of Egg Harbor Plan Commission is meeting tomorrow, October 24 at 2 PM to discuss the most recent version of the STR ordinance. Click and scroll to page 30-43 to view the updated ordinance with corrections. To read the version with Attorney Kalny’s markups, scroll to pages 44 to 57.

We just got the packet with the revised ordinance, today. We have not had opportunity to review the ordinance, we suggest that you look for possible clauses about:
- New licenses in R-1 zones will require one stay in seven nights.
- Owners may not be able to pass their homes on to family with rental clause.
