Here is an update on the STR ordinance being considered in Liberty Grove. Below you will find a link to the agenda and revised STR ordinance.
The meeting will be held ONLY IN PERSON. We need anyone who can attend to represent STRs, share your concerns if additional updates are proposed, and report back on the meeting outcome.
Biggest changes to note:
New licenses after 1/1/24 can only rent 180 days in a 365 day period.
• If you have a license prior to 1/1/24 and are in good standing you are exempt from the 180 day rental cap.
• Agent or operator must live within 35 miles for contact purposes.

If you are unable to attend and would like to write a letter to the Board, the email addresses are included below. As a reminder, people are more likely and willing to listen when spoken to in a respectful manner. Please keep this in mind when voicing your concerns.
