The City of Sturgeon Bay Plan Commission has TRHs (STRs) on the Agenda for Tuesday, November 14 at 6 PM. Please attend in case the Plan Commission decides to consider other changes to the current ordinance.
Based on the minutes of the October 18 meeting, they plan to discuss changing the permits to an annual renewal (currently bi-annual after the first two years), adjusting some wording in the residency rule to a travel time requirement rather than a specific location requirement, and changing the parking requirement for properties that aren’t able to offer two off-street spaces.
