The STR ordinance being considered for an update in Liberty Grove. After last month’s meeting, the Town Board agreed that the 180-day limit would do very little to solve any of the issues the board is trying to resolve. The ordinance was again tabled and will be discussed again on June 7. That being said, the 180-day limit is not entirely off the table and may be brought up again.
The meeting will be held ONLY IN PERSON. We need anyone who can attend to represent STRs and report back what is discussed.

As a reminder, people are more likely and willing to listen when spoken to in a respectful manner. Please keep this in mind when voicing your concerns.
