As short term rental hosts, it’s important to stay on top of any changes or amendments to local ordinances that may affect our ability to rent out our homes. Recently, Sevastopol made changes to their STR ordinance without our awareness until days before their final meeting and subsequent vote on the owner occupied amendment to the ordinance.
